Vallese Suite collects personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, for example through:
- WhatsApp messages or phone calls for booking inquiries (name, phone number, stay dates);
- Email communications (name, email address, message content);
- Booking forms on third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) managed independently by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
The website does not automatically collect personally identifiable information (no newsletter sign-ups, user accounts, or direct contact forms are present).

Data relating to simple information requests is deleted within 12 months of receipt.
